2022 SLS CHAMPIONSHIP TOUR, LAS VEGAS RESULTS

The third and last stop before the SLS Super Crown Final in Rio de Janeiro, the 2022 SLS Championship Tour Las Vegas is done. Here is a recap of what went down.

With Nyjah Huston and Yuto Horigome out with knee injuries, the door was wide open in the men’s, and in the end, it was Gustavo Ribeiro who walked away with his second SLS title before Chris Joslin in second and SLS rookie Braden Hoban in third.

In the overall rankings, Gustavo Ribeiro moves into the number one spot, and Chris Joslin jumps up to number three, bumping out Sora Shirai from the top four. Vincent Milou and Yuto Horigome were also able to secure their spots in the Super Crown Final. Whereas, Braden Hoban, Sora Shirai, and the rest will have to battle it out for the remaining four spots in an LCQ (Last Chance Qualifier).

In the women’s Rayssa Leal earned her third consecutive title with yet another dominant display of consistency. SLS rookie Chloe Covell had a great SLS debut finishing second with American Poe Pinson finishing third. Watch out for Chloe with her for the women's unique bag of switch tricks in the Super Crown LCQ. Pamela Rosa, Momiji Nishiya, and Yumeka Oda also secured their Super Crown spots.
