THE RETURN OF PRO SURFING IN SOUTH AMERICA

South America saw the return of pro surfing on September 18, with the Onda do Bem at an undisclosed beach in Brazil.

2019’s World Champion Italo Ferreira took victory in the men’s after a very close heat with Yago Dora, winning with only a hundredth of a point.

In the women’s superheat Silvana Lima took the win over longboard legend Chloe Calmon, adding another trophy to her already vast collection.
